Christiane zu Salm is a Mental Health Counselor, a trained end-of-life caretaker, author, speaker, creator and the host of the podcast Before It’s Too Late.

A former media executive for MTV Networks and IAC, she also served as a senior advisor to JP Morgan. Today, she teaches leaders with burn-out, inner emptiness or stuckness how to create a more fulfilled and meaningful life with diminished regrets.
